1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Prompt Master AI Prompt Studio ("we", "our", "the app") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application available on the Google Play Store under the package name com.appmaven.promptmaster.

By installing or using Prompt Master, you agree to the data practices described below. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and contact us at the email above.

Important — what Prompt Master is, and is not:

  • ✅ Prompt Master is a curated library of pre-written AI prompt templates. You browse, select, then copy the prompt to your clipboard and paste it into a third-party AI tool of your choice (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, etc.).
  • ❌ Prompt Master does not generate AI content itself. The app does not call any large-language-model API. It does not send your prompts, edits, or any content you type to any server controlled by us.
  • ❌ Prompt Master does not require an account, login, email, phone number, or any personal information. There is no registration flow.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to serve ads, process in-app purchases, and improve stability. The table below lists every data type the app collects, the source, the purpose, whether it is shared with third parties, and whether you can opt out.

  • ❌ The text of the prompts you copy or the variable values you type into the Builder

3. Third-Party Services and SDKs

Prompt Master integrates only the following third-party SDKs. Each SDK has its own privacy policy that supersedes this document for the data it processes.

The app does not integrate any analytics SDK that we operate (no Firebase Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Amplitude, no Facebook SDK). Stability metrics come exclusively from Google Play Services automatic crash reporting.

4. How We Use Your Data

We process the limited data listed in section 2 strictly for the purposes below:

  1. Display ads — show relevant Interstitial, Rewarded, and Native ads to users on the free tier. Ads use Advertising ID for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
  2. Process in-app purchases — verify the Google Play receipt for remove_ads and unlock_all, then grant the purchased feature on your device.
  3. Improve stability — read anonymous crash and ANR reports to fix bugs.
  4. Save your preferences — store favorites, copy history, and custom prompts on your device only, so your data persists between app launches.

We do not use your data for:

  • Profiling or scoring you
  • Selling data to data brokers
  • Targeted advertising outside Google's AdMob inventory
  • Training any AI/ML model
  • Sending you marketing emails (we don't have your email)
  • Background location tracking

5. Data Sharing

We share data only with the following entities, only for the purposes listed above:

To delete all data the app stores on your device, uninstall the app. Local Hive storage is automatically removed by Android.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR for EU/EEA, CCPA for California, LGPD for Brazil, and similar laws), you have the following rights:

  • Right to access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data.
  • Right to restrict processing — limit how we process your data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a portable format.
  • Right to opt out of personalized advertising and the "sale" of data (CCPA).

8. Children's Privacy

Prompt Master is rated 12+ on Google Play. The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us at hacong86@gmail.com and we will work with Google to disable advertising features for that device and remove any inadvertently collected data.

The app does not use any feature that targets children specifically. Ads served through AdMob respect Google's family policies and the Designed for Families program where applicable.

9. Security

We protect your data with standard industry measures:

  • Encryption in transit — all communication with Google AdMob and Google Play Billing uses HTTPS / TLS 1.2+.
  • No app server — Prompt Master has no backend server we operate, so your prompts and content are never transmitted to or stored by us.
  • Local-only storage — favorites, history, and custom prompts are stored in Hive on your device, accessible only to the Prompt Master app process under Android's app sandbox.
  • No PII collection — by design, the app collects no name, email, phone, or other personal identifiers we could leak.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we follow industry best practices, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International Data Transfers

If you are located outside the United States and the European Economic Area, please note that data processed by Google AdMob and Google Play may be transferred to, and stored on, servers located in the United States or other countries where Google operates. Google complies with applicable data transfer mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses for EU/EEA → US transfers).

We do not operate our own servers, so we do not transfer data internationally outside what Google does on our behalf.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when:

  • We change the list of SDKs (e.g., add a new ad network).
  • A new version of the app introduces a new feature affecting data collection.
  • Applicable law requires it.

When we make a material change, we will:

  1. Update the Last updated date at the top of this document.
  2. Publish the new version at https://www.congngheplus.com/p/privacy-policy-for-prompt-master.html.
  3. For significant changes, prompt users in the next app update or via a Play Store update note.

Continued use of the app after the new policy takes effect means you accept the change. If you do not agree, uninstall the app.

  • Google Play Developer Program Policies — including Data Safety, Ads, Permissions, and Families policies.
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) — for EU/EEA users.
  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA) — for California residents.
  • Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD) — for Brazilian users.
  • Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) — by not targeting children under 13.
  • Vietnam Cybersecurity Law (Luật An Ninh Mạng 2018) and Decree 13/2023/NĐ-CP on Personal Data Protection — for Vietnamese users.
