Welcome to SquareRace! This Privacy Policy explains how Hacong ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you download, install, access, or use our mobile game SquareRace (the "Game").

• Gameplay Information & Analytics: Information about your interaction with the Game, such as game progress (maps unlocked, levels started/completed, win/loss status, completion time), in-game purchases (product ID, type, amount, price), ad interactions (ad type, placement, completion, rewards earned), features used (shop opened, settings opened), game settings (e.g., SFX enabled, vibration enabled), session duration, crash reports, and general gameplay events. This data is primarily collected through Unity Analytics.
• Advertising Data (if consent for Personalized Ads is given): Our advertising partner, IronSource, may collect information to serve you personalized ads. This may include your Advertising ID, device information, IP address, and information about your interaction with ads. Please refer to IronSource's Privacy Policy for more details.

c) Information from In-App Purchases:

If you make any in-app purchases in the Game (e.g., coin packs, remove ads), we do not directly collect or store your payment information like credit card numbers. All transactions are processed through the respective app stores (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We may receive information from the app store about your purchase, such as the product ID and transaction status, to validate and fulfill your purchase.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

• To Provide and Maintain Our Game: To operate and maintain the Game, including fulfilling in-app purchases and enabling game features.

Usage data for analytics is generally retained for a period necessary to analyze trends and improve the game, as determined by our analytics providers (e.g., Unity Analytics).

We take reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you (including your personal information) from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, please be aware that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Game is not primarily directed to children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. The in-game consent dialog requires users to confirm they are at least 16 years old to opt into data collection.
