How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to hacong86@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - My Love Notes"
- In the body of the email, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your My Love Notes account
- A statement requesting the deletion of your account and data
- Our support team will process your request within 5 business days and send a confirmation email once completed.
Data Deletion Information
When you request account deletion, we will remove the following data:
- Your account information (name, email, profile data)
- All generated love notes and saved messages
- Your purchase history and credit balance
- Any usage data and analytics associated with your account
Data Retention: Some information may be retained for a limited time for legal and financial compliance:
- Transaction records: Kept for 7 years as required by tax regulations
- App usage logs (anonymized): Retained for 30 days for security and performance analysis
After these retention periods, all remaining data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Additional Information
Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of your saved messages, credit balance, and account history. This action cannot be undone.
